If your child is absent from school, for any reason, please telephone or contact us by letter as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in your child recording unauthorised absences.

Holiday Forms must be completed if you are taking your child on holiday during term time. [Each child is allowed 10 days during each Academic Year - additional days are recorded as unauthorised absences] - Leave of Absence Forms are available from the School Reception Office or by clicking here.

Change of contact and health details:
Please ensure that the School Secretary is informed of any changes of address, telephone or emergency contact numbers. Updated information on health needs are also required.  Please telephone the School Office [01384 818790] or print and complete the from by clicking here

Jewellery is not permitted in school. If your child requires a stud for a pierced ear please remember that this will need to be removed [by the child] for all PE and Games activities.

If you wish to speak to your child's Class Teacher please make an appointment via the School Reception Office. The security of the school no longer permits parents to enter the buildings unescorted or unannounced. [School Office: 01384 818790]

Water: We encourage all children to drink water during the school day. Please provide your child with a non-spill bottle. There are facilities to re-fill water bottles during the day but please remember bottles need to be changed regularly.
